Steven Cook grew up in the Federal Way area and has spent most of his life here in the Pacific Northwest. Steve is active in the community serving on several organization boards, most recently being elected to serve on the Parkland Community Association Board.
Steve graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion. His education was extended with his M.Div. degree from Concordia Theological Seminary in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He has also worked in a variety of business settings since his graduation, where he was regularly noticed for his excellent customer service.
The branch Steve is working at has a vast array of product knowledge and broad experience originating all types of loans including FHA, VA, USDA, Conforming, and Jumbo. Steve is dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals whether they are purchasing their first home, refinancing to bring their payments down, upsizing to a new home, or looking to buy investment property. He listens to his clients and customizes a financing solution that best fits their needs.

A native of Tacoma, Washington, Lonee has lived in the Pierce County area for a vast majority of her life. Lonee has extensive experience in the Pierce County area, with her diverse background in the Mortgage Loan Industry, Real Estate Industry, Insurance Industry, Quality Control Management and Non Profit Management; she strives to build lifelong relationships by offering top notch service as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
Lonee's past experience also includes working for and with several Non Profit agencies throughout the Pacific Northwest, namely Seattle Lighthouse for the Blind, Skookum Industries and Professional Contract Services, located on Ft Lewis and McChord AFB. All of the above are industries that employ those with disabilities, Veterans with disabilities and Blind or low vision employees, on the premise that people with disabilitites, given the opportunity and support, will not only be successful but will excel in the workplace.
After 10+ years experience working on Military Installations, Lonee has a passion for those who have served our Country. Her goal is to educate Active Duty and Veterans, by providing lending information and options that they are entitled to.
Her volunteer experience includes "Train the Trainer" classes for Enterprise for Equity, a Thurston County Non Profit Agency that provides Small Business training for low income adults wishing to explore their own entrepreneurial pursuits. She has held many PTA board positions and committee chairs, staying actively involved in the Public Schools while her children were attending Puyallup and Franklin Pierce School Districts. Lonee has also been a Girl Scout Leader for teens as well as a dedicated Pierce County 4-H Leader, leading and assisting in several 4-H projects.
As her children grew to adulthood, she discovered her passion for travel to tropical locations. She and her husband have since concentrated their travels on finding the "perfect" island getaways. From all five Hawaiian Islands, Mexican beach getaways and Florida Keys escapes to cruising the Caribbean and Bahamas, they are determined to seek the sun and sand, enjoying any opportunity to take off for the tropics.

Eva Grausz has a well-rounded background in the mortgage industry. She represented some of the biggest banks in San Diego, as well as Thurston County and Pierce County. Overall, she is bringing 14 years of experience helping people with their mortgage needs, problems, and challenges.
Eva grew up in Hungary in Europe and escaped the communist regime the first chance she got. Her hobbies include parachuting, and she had her own motorcycle way before they were considered a common hobby. She studied economics and finance in Budapest, and took some courses at the San Antonio College upon arriving in the United States.
Eva has a passion for helping people, bettering the quality of life for all she can. She is most proud of her children, both of whom are graduates of University of California, San Diego. Her quest for adventure brought her to the Pacific Northwest where her brother lives. She fell in love with the spirit of the local people and the gorgeous trees!
Eva takes her Mortgage Loan Officer commitment to customers very seriously. Her clients from previous banks still seek her out. Melissa Lovejoy

Melissa is a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest and graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's of Arts in Anthropology. Throughout her career, Melissa has continually been recognized for perseverance, dedication, and exceptional customer service. She is happy to bring those skills to Cherry Creek Mortgage, working with a team that is experienced, thorough, reliable, and accommodating, with an unsurpassed reputation for excellence. The team at the Tacoma branch has a vast range of experience originating all types of loans, including VA, FHA, USDA, Conforming, and Jumbo.
Melissa has danced classical ballet since an early age and performed with the professional division of Tacoma City Ballet for several years. Although she has retired from the stage, she keeps involved with all performances, from choreographing original works to rehearsing the dancers to supervising them backstage. Melissa now teaches classical ballet four days a week and loves encouraging her students and watching them grow.
When not at Cherry Creek Mortgage or Tacoma City Ballet, Melissa can be found experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, tackling home improvement projects in her 1925 Craftsman home in Tacoma, and enjoying the benefits of living in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Travis. They enjoy snowboarding, spending time in the mountains hiking and camping, and enjoying the water of the Puget Sound or the Ocean.
While on vacation, Melissa and Travis both love traveling to experience other parts of the world. They love horseback riding in central British Columbia every summer, and they try to find a new challenge somewhere else in the world each year as well. One year was snowboarding from the top of the continental divide in Coloroado, and another year involved jumping off a cliff in New Zealand. With two adventurous spirits, it's never boring!

Traci was born in Seattle and has stayed in this area her entire life. Her hobbies include showing and racing cars, Beagles, and mid-century history. She is free spirited and very open minded. She graduated from Kent-Meridian High School in Kent, WA and received a degree majoring in law at Green River Community College.
Traci lives here in the Tacoma area with her husband of 14 years, who served 13 years in the US Army, which included one tour in Desert Storm. For the last 14 years, she raised her husband's two children who are now off on their own life adventures. She now devotes her time to her beloved southern bred blue and red ticked Beagles and animal abuse awareness. She spends summer weekends at Volkswagen shows and European car benefit drives. Her loyalty in her personal life carries through to her compassion and willingness to help others with their credit challenges and getting them the best mortgage for their personal situation.
Traci understands the passion here in the Pacific Northwest, and has an honest "no nonsense" approach to customer service. She brings ten years of mortgage lending experience with one of the largest banks in the world and over 20 years experience in customer service with her to Cherry Creek Mortgage. Many of the customers she has helped over the years still seek her out! She also brings the commitment to find customers the right information with the right solution at the right time.
Traci brings honesty and integrity to the mortgage industry that she feels has been missing. As a Licensed Loan Officer with Cherry Creek Mortgage, she believes that a customer is more than just one encounter, it is a long-term relationship. Sonja is involved in charity work supporting transitional housing and aid to families who are victims of homelessness and domestic abuse. She is dedicated to agencies that work to provide a "hand up", not a "handout". Working through her "Hand up Network" she supplies essential needs to families through Exodus Housing.
She was born, raised and attended college in Southern Idaho. She has lived and raised her family in Washington since 1976. When not working on behalf of her Mortgage clients, Sonja enjoys camping, hiking with friends and family and motorcycle touring with her husband of 37 years.
